Cypress Bend Condominium VI Association is one of seven different associations within the Cypress Bend neighborhood.
Our Association represents the following addresses:
2213 Cypress Island Drive - Bldg 64
2215 Cypress Island Drive - Bldg 63
2217 Cypress Island Drive - Bldg 62
2221 Cypress Island Drive - Bldg 61
 
A SIRS report, or Structural Integrity Reserve Study, is a required assessment for Florida condominium associations with buildings three or more stories high. It identifies the structural components of the building, assesses their remaining useful life, and determines the reserve funds needed for future maintenance, repairs, and replacements. The report also includes a reserve funding schedule that recommends annual reserve amounts to cover the estimated costs.

Dear Cypress Bend VI Residents,
My name is Samira Musbeh, and I am happy to introduce myself as your new Community Association Manager. I look forward to working with you and supporting the continued well-being of our community.

Moving forward, HOA payments by check may be dropped off in the
designated mailbox located at Building 61. We are also in the process of implementing online HOA payments with direct deposit, and
additional details will be shared once this option is available
.
If you need to contact me, please email me first whenever possible,
followed by a phone call if necessary. If you would like to meet with me, please email me to request an appointment, and I will be happy to
schedule a time.

Please note that while I work from home, my residence is not an office
open to the public. I kindly ask that all communication be handled via
email or phone, and that residents do not come to my home directly. I
truly appreciate your cooperation and respect for my privacy.

Monday, April 20th, 7:00 PM at Protective Clubhouse, 2301 Cypress Bend Dr S, Pompano Beach
The board meets every third Monday at the Protectie Club House at 7pm.
